Banyan Software Expands Leadership Team with Two Appointments

Tonya Cross as Chief Operating Officer and Claire Rollins as Portfolio Leader, UK and Europe

Banyan Software is proud to announce two key leadership additions to support our continued growth and operational excellence. We welcome Tonya Cross as Chief Operating Officer and Claire Rollins as Portfolio Leader for the UK & Europe.

Tonya Cross brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience across legal, people, and operational roles in high-growth software companies and global organizations. Most recently, Tonya served as Chief Administrative Officer at Lytx, where she led global teams spanning People, Legal, Communications, Workplace and Corporate Operations. She played a key leadership role in M&A integrations and in developing scalable operational playbooks to support the company’s growth. Her prior leadership roles at Life Technologies and DLA Piper have equipped her with a powerful blend of legal expertise, operational execution, and people-first thinking.

As COO, Tonya is responsible for advancing our global operating model, driving cross-functional alignment, supporting internal teams and Centers of Excellence, and strengthening our systems for scale. She is a unique leader who brings deep operational expertise, a strategic mindset, and a genuine passion for people and culture. As we continue to grow, her leadership will ensure Banyan continues to scale with intention and impact–always with culture at its core.

We are equally thrilled to welcome Claire Rollins as our new Portfolio Leader in the UK and Europe. Claire brings more than 15 years of experience in vertical market software, with a strong track record in executive management, commercial strategy, and operational alignment. She has held senior positions including CEO, Managing Director, and Group Director, and has led multi-product portfolios and scaled go-to-market functions across both the UK and North America.

In her new role, Claire will work closely with the leadership teams of our UK and EU-based operating companies, providing strategic guidance, supporting sustainable growth, and championing the values that make each business unique. Her collaborative mindset and commercial acumen make her an exceptional fit for Banyan’s long-term, decentralized approach to ownership.
