Banyan Software announces acquisition of Mr. Master

Banyan Software acquires workflow optimization software solutions provider Mr. Master, which offers the MediaShooterPro product used by more than 8,500 radio stations for unattended audio delivery. Mr. Master also provides Automation Import Manager (AIM), a work-from-anywhere software solution with more than 5,000 affiliates.

The company works with major broadcasters including iHeartMedia, Cumulus Media, Townsquare Media, Audacy and Cox Media Group, along with networks including Premiere Networks, Westwood One, Skyview Networks, Compass Media, AdLarge Media, Key Networks, Total Traffic and Weather Network, AURN, Go Networks and USRN.
