Banyan Software Enters Brazil with Acquisition of Hubsoft

Banyan Software, a long-term acquirer and operator of successful software businesses, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Hubsoft, a provider of ERP software purpose-built for internet service providers (ISP’s) across Brazil.

Founded in 2016 and located in Santo Antônio do Monte, Hubsoft serves close to 600 ISPs with a modular platform that simplifies operations across billing, customer management, finance, CRM, and network control. Known for its ease of use and automation capabilities, Hubsoft helps ISPs scale efficiently while reducing manual workloads. With broad feature coverage and 200+ integration options, Hubsoft’s offerings make it easy for ISPs to compete effectively in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
