Banyan Software, a long-term home for mission-critical software businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Veritech S.A. (doing business as Classter), a Greece-based provider of end-to-end student information systems for educational institutions worldwide.

Founded in 2015 by CEO Nikolaos Nikou, Classter was created to simplify and modernize the academic and administrative operations of schools, academies, and universities.
