Arun Srinivasan
Arun brings over 25 years of experience in managing high-growth software businesses. He began his career at Oracle where he grew within the ranks as a product management leader. Arun later joined Fieldglass in 2009 where, as part of the leadership team, he helped scale the business ~25x in 11 years across 22 countries. He eventually led the business under SAP ownership as General Manager prior to joining the team at Banyan.
Darren Harris
Darren is focused on driving the performance and success of our businesses post-acquisition, influencing key strategic decisions and implementing best practices for growing industry-specific software companies. He is an experienced software executive having worked across multiple organizational disciplines including sales, finance, product marketing, and operations.
Damon Fieldgate
Damon knows what it takes to build a great team and grow a business, having previously worked as a CEO prior to Banyan. For over 20 years Damon has lead and grown businesses in a variety of verticals and industries. After 10 years in the USA Damon returned to Australia in Jan 2023 to lead the Banyan strategy for regional growth in Asia Pacific (APAC). He has vast experience in acquisitions and business operations globally. Damon is focused on customer outcomes and building value for the customer.
Jim Contardi
Jim has led major initiatives to consolidate fragmented markets while serving as CEO at 3 different vertical market SaaS companies. Most recently, he spearheaded the acquisition and integration of 13 companies at Revalize, culminating in a successful recapitalization at an EV of $1.8B. With a background spanning sales management at IBM to leadership roles at i2 Technologies and SAP, Jim brings diverse expertise in leveraging technology for operational improvement, along with a proven track record in transformative change and team building.
Kay-Ingo Greve
With 30 years in the B2B software industry, Kay has two decades of international management experience at Microsoft, guiding global solution sales and marketing teams, resourcing, and sales strategies. He’s a transformation expert, instrumental in scaling German CPM company Jedox into a thriving global SaaS player. In recent years, he has served as an advisor, offering insights for investment decisions and commercial due diligence. Additionally, he holds active board positions in various IT and SaaS companies.
Keith Bird
With 39 years of global tech experience, Keith leads our UK and European group. As a three-time CEO, he founded and sold two startups and held senior roles at global software and tech firms, including Proofpoint, F5, and Symantec. Previously, he managed a $220m, 450-person software organization across the UK, Europe, Middle East & Africa. Keith excels in General Management, specializing in Sales, Marketing, Go-To-Market, Partnerships, International Expansion, and Organizational Development.
Reed Fawell
Reed brings over twenty years of experience growing recurring revenue businesses across industries. Prior to joining Banyan, Reed served as CRO at FiscalNote as the company grew from under $15M to over $100M in annual revenue. He also spent 14 years at CEB (now Gartner), where he led a number of the firmʼs top-performing new sales and account management teams. Reed played an integral role in CEBʼs growth from $120M to over $920M in annual revenues over his tenure.
Tristan Jordan
Tristan has led rapid revenue and EBITDA growth for bootstrapped and private equity backed software companies, starting from their early stages and through multiple acquisitions. He has also implemented post-acquisition strategies that accelerated performance, creating more value for customers and opportunities for employees. Recently, Tristan led YM Careers’ growth from under 20 to 175 employees and achieved over $100 million in annual gross sales. Earlier in his career, he served as head of US Communications for MasterCard.
Debra Danielson, Technical Operating Partner
Debra is responsible for technical diligence before and mentoring and coaching portfolio companies after acquisition. Prior, Debra was CTO and Senior VP, Engineering, at Digital Guardian (DG) where she provided technical vision and strategic direction for the company’s 175-person engineering organization. She was one of the first seven distinguished engineers at CA Technologies, selected from over 4,000 technical employees.
Luke Reimer, Sales & Marketing Business Partner
Luke is focused on working with our businesses to craft and execute strategic sales and marketing roadmaps to drive growth and scale. He also leads our Sales & Marketing Guild, fostering community and networking across the businesses. With both a technical and strategic skill set, Luke has a unique blend of experience ranging from Series A to enterprise environments.
